Last week Mark and I attended the Oxford University ICT Forum where we gave this workshop talk on “Getting the Maximum Benefit from Free and Open Source Software”.

This provided an overview from both a procurement and development perspective, and I think we had a good mix in the audience of people involved in both kinds of activity.
