It does not &quot;blame&quot; anyone - the post says that *both* sides made serous mistakes. I&#039;m not interested in blame, I&#039;m interested in everyone learning from the mistakes of others.

Indeed, it appears I made a mistake in writing this blog entry. If the FAQ entry wasn&#039;t present then you are correct, nobody could have seen it. However, all other errors (on both sides) remain.</description>
